Dates are among fruits that
have high nutritional values

fruit without the nucleate
(the seed). Such sugars are

A- Di-sugars, which is
mainly sucrose.
B- Mono sugar, which is one
of the stored sugars.
2- Minerals:
Dates contain many
beneficial minerals that may
be categorized as follows:
Iron, potassium, sulphur,
calcium, chlorine and
magnesium.
3 - Vitamins:
Vitamins contained in dates
represent big benefits as
follows:
Vitamin (A, B-1, B-2, B-7)
and vitamin (C) which
protect against colds. In
addition, they contain folic
acid, where dates are
considered the richest fruit
of this acid that plays big
role in the biological
processes in the human body.
4- Fibers:
Dates have high content of
fibers that help digesting
