Lighting
The status of dates in the Holy Qur’an and the purified Sunnah of the Prophet
Passing through the lives of Muslims has a special place, as it is food and medicine, as dates were among the best foods that the Messenger described and advised -May God bless him and grant him peace- Saying: ((Whoever becomes seven dough dates every day, no poison or magic will harm him on that day)). Agreed, He showed many of his benefits in many places of honorable hadiths, and dates are an ideal food sufficient for a person to contain the main foodstuffs such as sugars and acids, minerals, fats, proteins, etc ، It also contains anti-cancer and sexual stimulants. If used with milk, it increases the structure and fertilizes the body, so it passes phosphorous metal, which is food for noble compartments، Traffic has many benefits, so it is mentioned in the Noble Qur’an and the noble Prophet’s Sunnah in more than one place.
Palm trees and dates in the Holy Quran
God Almighty has specialized in palm trees and dates with many virtues as it is a source of good and blessing, and Quranic verses indicated the high status of palm trees from the rest of the fruit trees، It is sufficient to indicate the importance of dates and palm trees, and to mention them in the Noble Qur’an in various places, including the Almighty saying: } Sickness has a fresh look {Verse 10 Surat Q, and Almighty saying : } And crops And siftí It is digestive{ Verse 148 Surah Al-Shaar, and Almighty saying : }And shaking you with the trunk of the palm tree falls on you a fetal moisture { Verse 25 Surat Maryam
Palm trees and dates in the Sunnah of the Prophet
One of the noble directives regarding dates is the act of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and the fasting person urged him to break the wetness or dates. In the hadith that Imam Ahmed, Al-Taramdi and Abu David brought about Anas, he said : } He was the messenger May God bless him and grant him peace It breaks the moisture before it prays. If it is not moisture, then it is dates, if it is not a sense of water { .
Limiting wetness at breakfast has a medical benefit, which is the food coming to the stomach gradually until it is prepared for food. The son of the curator said, may God have mercy on him «And in the mushroom of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, from fasting on wetness, dates or water, a very nice measure, fasting frees the stomach from food، The liver does not find what it attracts and sends to the forces, organs and sweetness, the fastest thing that reaches the liver and loves it to it, especially if it is wet, so its acceptance is more severe»، He also mentioned that wetness strengthens the cold stomach, corresponds to it, fertilizes the body, and it is one of the greatest and most beneficial fruits، Moisturizing the liver is soft for printing, and it is one of the most feeding fruits for the body and eating it on the larva kills the worms, with its temperature in it an antidote force. If it is used on the larva, reduce the worm material and weaken it and reduce it or Kill him as fruit, food, medicine, drink and candy).
As stated in the hadith that the Messenger of God -May God bless him and grant him peace- } He said to Aisha, may God be pleased with her }A house where the people of his family do not go hungry{ Marwa Muslim
