The Alrajhi Endowment takes pride in its pioneering contributions to the social field by providing professional and vocational skills to poor families. This initiative aims to transform these families into productive members of society, fostering self-reliance and instilling a love for work. Through part-time jobs in large agricultural projects, particularly in Albatin, east Buraidah, Alqasseem, in collaboration with local charities, we create sustainable income sources, helping families to become self-sufficient and reducing dependency on external aid. This initiative reflects the prophetic guidance emphasizing the dignity of earning through one's own efforts.
