The real estate sector is one of three main sectors that make up the Saleh Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Endowments Administration. The Real Estate Sector Administration represents the administration that generates the largest part of the revenues of the Saleh Abdulaziz Al Rajhi Endowments Administration. It is responsible for managing and following up on (11) real estate assets distributed - as real estate complexes - in the regions of Riyadh, Jeddah, Makkah Al Mukarramah and Madinah Al Munawwarah, which include more than (3990) rental real estate units, varying between commercial stores, closed shopping centers, administrative offices, residential units and industrial workshops. The Real Estate Sector Administration is also responsible for developing plans and studies and preparing reports and mechanisms for the development and growth of the real estate sector.

The Real Estate Sector Administration has been keen to develop and implement scientific, practical, and codified plans to manage these complexes with their various units, based on generalized and announced foundations within the administration in all its branches.
